Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Mr. Handyman Serving Brandon to Bradenton Beach ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and your use of our website.

Services
Mr. Handyman Serving Brandon to Bradenton Beach provides residential and commercial handyman services, repair services, maintenance services, installation services, and light remodeling services, including but not limited to:

• Deck and fence repairs
• Bathroom updates

• Fixture replacement
• General property maintenance
• Commercial maintenance services
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, material availability, and site conditions.
Estimates and Project Scope
Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Additional conditions, hidden damage, code requirements, structural issues, material availability, customer-requested changes, or unforeseen circumstances may require modifications to the scope of work and pricing.
Any additional work beyond the original scope will require customer authorization before proceeding.
Estimates are valid for the period specified on the estimate unless otherwise stated.
Customer Authorization
No work will be performed without customer approval.
Authorization may be provided verbally, electronically, by signed estimate, signed proposal, invoice approval, or other documented approval methods accepted by the Company.
The individual authorizing work represents that they have authority to approve work on the property.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services each day unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
For larger projects, custom materials, special-order items, or remodeling work, deposits and progress payments may be required.
Failure to make timely payments may result in delays, suspension of work, collection efforts, and applicable fees permitted by law.
We accept approved payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, financing options when available, checks, and other approved forms of payment.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Customers are requested to provide reasonable notice if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled without sufficient notice or for missed appointments.
Appointment times are scheduled in service windows and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, emergencies, technician availability, traffic conditions, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to work areas.
Work areas should be free from hazards, obstructions, pets, and other conditions that could interfere with the safe completion of services.
The Company reserves the right to postpone, suspend, or refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Permits and Code Compliance
Certain projects may require permits, inspections, engineering, HOA approval, or compliance with local building codes.
Unless specifically included in writing, permit acquisition, engineering services, HOA approvals, and related fees are the responsibility of the property owner.
Any additional work required to bring existing conditions into code compliance may result in additional charges.
Warranties
Mr. Handyman provides a one-year workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work unless otherwise stated in writing.
The workmanship warranty covers defects resulting directly from the Company's labor and installation.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Customer-supplied materials
• Manufacturer defects
• Acts of nature
• Water intrusion
• Storm damage
• Structural movement
• Mold
• Pest damage
• Lack of maintenance
• Abuse or misuse
• Work modified by others after completion
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to products and materials where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, loss of income, loss of profits, property damage unrelated to the Company's work, or business interruption.
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, code violations, structural deficiencies, or conditions that could not reasonably be discovered during the initial inspection.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Interfere with website functionality
• Introduce malicious software or code
• Use website content without permission
