Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep
Be the friendly voice of Mr. Handyman and A&M Remodeling! Connect with homeowners, offer solutions, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding service to homeowners from first contact through job completion. Minimum experience of 5 years with home service customers and trained sales experience is preferred.
Administrative Assistant
Organize customer information for accuracy, help organize systems, help with onboarding new employees and help implementing ways to optimize overall customer and employee satisfaction. Must have a positive mindset and be growth oriented. Minimum of 5 years with home service customers and office work preferred.
Technician
Diagnose and repair a wide variety of home maintenance and repair issues, from carpentry and drywall to plumbing and electrical basics. We’re looking for hands-on problem solvers with strong craftsmanship skills, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to great customer service. Minimum experience of 10 years within handyman or trade is preferred.
